The Bee is the Greatest Animal on the Planet. Here's Why:

1. Bees don't fly. They levitate. It would otherwise be impossible for such tiny little wings to carry a fat ass bumblebee.

2. Bees will never sting you if you have the right energy. They can feel it. If you're evil they will sacrifice themselves for the benefit of the hive.

3. Bees and human beings have a symbiotic relationship. We provide them a safe home. They make extra honey for us as a treat. Don't feel guilty when you eat honey!

4. Bees feed 90% of the world. If they ceased to exist, flowers as we know would disappear. Plants would die. The entire food chain would be destroyed. Bees silently pollinate the world. And they ask for nothing in return. How amazing.

5. Bees are not insects. They are furry animal friends. In a just society, it would be punishable by law to kill a bee.

6. Bees make honey that's so incredible some producers sell fake honey. The way you can tell is to drop it in water. It shouldn't dissolve. Real honey is thick. While it won't separate, it might crystallize over time.

7. Honey isn't the only thing bees make. They make bee bread, propolis, pollen and royal jelly — all wonderful compounds with incredible medicinal benefits.

8. Royal jelly is what turns regular worker bees into queens — it's what they're fed exclusively. It contains the compound royalactin that's responsible for this magic. Royal jelly is widely used as a "super medicine" or in skincare products where it's applied topically.

9. Bees build their hives with propolis. It's made from plant resin and rich in flavonoids. Incredible anti-fungal and anti-microbial properties.

10. Bees have superhuman memory. They remember every flower they've visited. Another reason why you should give them some water if they visit your kitchen. They will remember your kindness.

Rosemary is the most powerful herb in the world 🌿:

1. Napoleon was so obsessed with rosemary perfume he used 162 bottles of rosemary water in the first three months of 1806

2. Aristotle's students wore rosemary garlands on their heads — it was said to grant them super memory

3. Rosemary extract has been found to reduce tumor size and inhibit the growth of new cancer cells

4. Rosemary tea is a nature's anti-depressant — it modulates GABA, and is studied to naturally improve mood and cognition

5. Rosemary improves insulin resistance, suppresses gluconeogenesis and regulates glucose uptake and transport

6. Rosemary oil inhibits fungal growth and has been found to support hair growth in those with alopecia.

7. If rosemary was a patented drug, it would be one of the most expensive and widely sold drugs in the world

8. Washing your face with rosemary boiled in white wine was said to give you eternal beauty

9. Consuming rosemary infused holy water brings back a lost appetite

10. Sleeping with a sprig of rosemary under your pillow eliminates nightmares (important for glycine enjoyers)

It's a no-brainer to start consuming more rosemary. Fresh or dried. Add it to your diet. Insanely easy to grow too.

My favorite ways of incorporating rosemary in my diet:
- Basting steaks with fresh rosemary
- Mincing rosemary finely and adding to eggs
- Make rosemary garlic compound butter & use on toast
- Blend rosemary in your basil pesto
- Drink rosemary tea

What’s the best cooking pan material?

You spend time sourcing the best ingredients. But do you realize that your pan is an INGREDIENT too?

Use aluminum? You’re ingesting metal that’s been linked with neurodegenerative disease

Use Teflon? You’re eating plastic!

Let me explain…

Aluminum Pans:
- Incredibly toxic metal that you don’t want ANYWHERE near your system
- Linked more & more with neurodegenerative diseases like Alzheimer’s

Side note: Never heat food with aluminum foil ‼️

Non-stick Pans:
- You’re essentially cooking with plastic here
- It takes very little for the surface to start scraping and then you’re leaching a ton of microplastics into your food

Technically you could use a brand new Teflon pan, but it’s only a matter of time before you get toxins in your food. I personally avoid completely, my stainless steel is non-stick.

Non-stick & aluminum pans don’t deserve to be anywhere near your kitchen. You deserve better.
Image Cast iron & carbon steel are great but I personally wouldn’t want to use them everyday with how much free iron they leach.

This isn’t a problem back in the day but these days we already have so much iron fortification in our foods you don’t want excess.

It’s actually REALLY simple:

1. Going carnivore won’t fix all your problems. It’s just a tool.

2. We’ve been eating herbs & vegetables for eons. To disregard them just because they’re plants is childish.

3. Grains can be part of a healthy diet, if prepared properly (soaked, sprouted, fermented).

4. What your food is made up of is infinitely more important than its macronutrient breakdown.

5. What you drink is equally as important as what you eat.

6. RO water is dead water. It needs to be remineralized before consumption.

7. You don’t have to fear the sugar in fruit like a maniac. Fruit is God’s nectar.

8. Every “heart healthy” oil you see in the supermarket is doing the opposite thing.

9. The cholesterol in your blood ≠ the cholesterol in foods.

10. Not all LDL is the same. Smaller LDL particles are what clogs arteries, and consuming oils like canola & sunflower oil contribute to plaque formation.

11. Animal fats are extremely healthy. The narrative will change soon and you’ll be thankful you’re early.

12. Raw honey is the best natural sweetener on the planet. It’s got every substance to sustain life.

13. Wild fish and seafood are extremely healthy for you. Heavy metal fears are overstated. Even then, it really only affects bigger fish like tuna.

14. A pack of wild sardines is a nootropic. Might not smell the best, but it gives you what you need. (Pro tip: keep a pack of mint toothpicks handy).

15. 90% of bread you see is not real bread. If you want bread, always go artisan. Sourdough & sprouted grain >>

16. The Sun is one of the most powerful healing agents. Eating your food alfresco should be prescription.

17. Rosemary is one of the most studied herbs in the world, and incredibly versatile. Consuming 1-3x per week is a no brainer.

18. Being stressed over your food choices (even if you’re eating healthy) is detrimental. Make peace with what’s in your control, leave the rest to God.

19. Organ meats are supplemental, not a staple. Eat in relation to what we would’ve gotten naturally after slaughtering an animal. 1-3x per week.

20. Protein is important yes, but most people overly focus on it at the expense of everything else.

21. There’s no such thing as “the best” cooking fat. You can use more than one. Butter for toast. Olive oil for fish. Ghee for steak. All special in their own way.

22. General “seasoning” blends are a waste of money. Buy individual herbs and spices and make them yourself.

23. The key to consistently eating healthy is reframing mealtime from enjoyment to rocket fuel that takes you closer to your dreams.

24. How you feel an hour after the meal is the best indicator of how healthy it was.

25. Not all cheese is made the same. Opt for the parmigiano reggianos of the world, and avoid the contemporary American (which has more plastic than cheese).

26. The type of pans you use in the kitchen matter. Stainless steel is the best, followed by cast iron, carbon steel. Avoid non-stick & aluminum pans — they are associated with cancer. Glass is great as well.

27. Pregnant moms deserve the best nutrition in the world. If they don’t get it, their bodies are designed to leach every mineral from their bones just to nourish their baby.

28. Farmed salmon is known as the most toxic food in the world. Either buy wild salmon, or choose other protein options.

29. Artificial dyes in candy are responsible for the rising trend of mental illness we see in our children today.

30. There is no such thing as fake meat, fake eggs or fake milk. They’re all inferior products, sold at higher prices. Stick with the real thing. It’s healthier for you.

31. White rice is healthier than brown rice. And, it’s tastier.

32. You can eat healthy food at any price point. All money does is increase variety.
