America's Gold and Silver failed to adequately test Relief Canyon "ore" for preg-robbing material prior to putting the mine into production.

What does this mean? To get gold out of "ore" you expose it to a cyanide solution. The gold goes into this solution, and a bunch of other stuff is left out of the solution.
