$ETH always moves in two main phases ever since it´s inception phase was finished, Accumulation and Expansion.
Accumulation means all the price action that happened before the TOP.
Expansion means all the price action that happened after the TOP has been broken.
What triggers the expansion phase is one month close above the previous top.
The perfect conditions for $DOGE and $SHIB has always been the Expansion phase.
2017 was the same, 2021 was also the same.
2025 will be the same once $ETH manages to turn the Accumulation into Expansion.
