...let's unpack. Image Mcleland's disparagement of opposing counsel during on-record public proceedings is not only wildly unprofessional & improper - but his comments highlight his total lack of the most basic, fundamental understanding of due process and the Constitution...

Robert Fortson is dead.

How did Mcleland determine with such certainty that this USAF veteran's suicide was in any way related to the alleged "leak"?

The prosecutor made that assertion in writing to Judge Gull and Brad Rozzi in an early morning email...

#rickallen #delphi An email that Mcleland authored LESS THAN 5 HOURS after additional emergency services had arrived at Fortson's home in response to the shooting.

This would mean that in just under 5hrs...

In 4 days, it will have been one year - 365 days and nights - since #RichardAllen left his home for a "quick visit" to the ISP post, likely to clarify a few details and collect whatever items were ready to be returned to him after the 10/13 (w/o probable cause) search of his home #RichardAllen had no idea when he left for this "quick errand" that he would never return home again.

Ever.

His home has since been sold due to the financial hardship thrust upon him and his family as a result of his arrest and incarceration.

Let's talk about the #Delphi investigation.

Specifically, let's talk about experts.

It should come as no surprise that the taskforce investigating the double homicide have been less than enthusiastic about utilizing support and assistance of outside experts.

So much so... That in April '17, the taskforce turned down the assistance and outright dismissed the expert opinion offered to them by one "Lois Gibson".

What makes Lois Gibson's opinion so special and "expert"?
