-400g Beef short rib
-1 Tbsp Oil
-1 Onion (Diced)
-5 Celery sticks (Chopped)
-1 Tbsp Crushed Garlic
-3 Bay leaves
-Carrots
-1 Tbsp Black pepper
-1 Tbsp Paprika
-2 Tbsp Seven colours Grill spice
-1 1/2 Beef stock cube
-2 Tbsp Tomato paste
