the stakes are: either Trump fixes the country now (1-3 years), or Democrats retake power, we go thru another 4 years of Biden persecution but 100x the intensity and scale, guys like me keep their head down for 4 years, then we fight a civil war and eventually win. I would prefer to not spend the next decade of my life dealing with economic depressions and a brutal civil war. I think it's a serious mistake to mock the Midwit losers who entered a tournament economy and had their lives shredded. Yes these people are off-putting antisocial self-obsessed ingrates, but a functional society should be functional for 80% of people. Betting on yourself at age 17-23, or trying to start a small business pursuing a dumb experimental idea, should not mean that 20 years later you are enslaved in debt and trapped in permanent arrested development, warped by envy and resentment.

Two things everyone should understand in American politics, which they don't:

1.) foreigners/nonwhites are getting paid free government money, taken from you, to compete against you.

2.) political donors are getting paid free government money, with government contracts. Pretty simple. And yet, there's a lot of confusion on these two basic points. Everyone is robbing you. People get impressed that billionaires donate "$200 million" in an election cycle, but they don't understand the same donor is getting $4 billion in indirect contracts.

I think Trump has been playing softball with business leaders to bring in $20 trillion in investment. The logic was Trump didn't want to crash the economy during reindustrialization. Business leaders have misinterpreted this as weakness, and a signal to fuck over Trump's base. It's basically open season for Wall Street to fuck over the American middle class as hard as they can, as much as they can. President Trump is asleep at the wheel. Part of a political coalition is that you have these kinds of factional infighting, but it's time to step in.

Democrats currently control ~97% of government, academia, Hollywood, Wall Street, public schools, other elite institutions. They've never faced a real opponent. If we get to fairness, 50-50 split, the result will be 47% of elite positions given to their enemies. The Boomer RW conservative party was always passive, or controlled opposition, or had a naive philosophy of fairness, or fled through white flight to comfortable rural suburbs (before America suffered 50 years of deindustrialization). HOAs and the suburbs were created as a response to black crime, similar to playing classical music at McDonalds in order to filter against violent customers. If you want to understand the dysfunctions of modern world, a TLDR insight is: Anglo-Saxon global order emerged from centuries of conflict (such as Thirty Years War, Hundred Years' War, etc..). European governance failed when exported to India, Africa, China, etc.. Phrased in colloquial terms:

White people got tired of killing each other (Thirty Years War, WW1, WW2) so they built a world for white people, but their descendants forgot why system existed, and tried to export these rules to nonwhites, with tragic and darkly funny results.

Hungarian king was attempting to reduce power, wealth, autonomy of his warrior nobility right as Mongols invaded, didn't allow building castles.
