There are 2 "civilian painted" aircraft that were in the area at the time, neither can carry weapons. the P-9 Pale Ale is based on a Dash-8, and the plane from Reddit they reference is a 737. The P-8 (also in the area) is a 737 frame, but can carry internal weapons (3rd photo).
It's HIGHLY likely that a P-8 was mistaken as a civilian paint job, as one was out on the day in question and likely was involved in the strike. P-8s historically also go very close to the water, and its not uncommon for them to be mistaken as 737s: reddit.com/r/nova/comment…

Here it is: a complete map of Operation Midnight Hammer, and the resources used. Take a peak at this 🧵where I dive in, and explain all this mess. If anyone wants files or has any questions, contact me and we can figure something out. 1/7
First, lets take a look at the route to the target. B-2s take off from Whiteman at around 0500z. At roughly the same time, (0530z) tankers from DOV (ROLL31 flt) depart to refuel the B-2s as they pass over. Tankers in the Azores, and Crete do the same during the trip. 2/7

This morning at about 14:30 UTC or 09:30 local, a small aircraft breached the Presidential TFR surrounding Wilm, DE. N738YT was seen being intercepted by F15s shortly after and designated on @flightradar24 as "TOI1" AKA "track of interest 1." 1/4
Shortly after, one of the Coast Guard MH-65 helicopters positioned at KILG was launched to intercept but was canceled after a few minutes due to the aircraft turning away. Unfortunately, despite the TFR being up, intercepts like this are fairly common. 2/4
