I speak with some folks about the possibility of mentoring which sadly cannot fit, time is quite limited and priorities sadly cannot be shifted.

I do have a note to argue that exclusive mentoring is a bit overrated, let me explain Back in my school days, I never really had direct mentors. Most work I did was just work, looking for the next big project to invest time and effort to perfect. Along those lines, I had friends and colleagues doing amazing stuff, some I envied and thought to learn from.
