Right now prosecutors are giving preview statements about the jury view, informing jurors about where they are going and what they will see. #HarmonyMontgomery So far, the jury view has made brief stops at a methadone clinic and a Burger King in Manchester. Right now, we are at the Colonial Village Apts. in Manchester. This is the only time jurors are allowed out of the bus. Image

A bail hearing for Kayla Montgomery, the stepmother of #HarmonyMontgomery, has been delayed until Jan. 24. Kayla is currently being held on $5,000 bail for welfare fraud charges. Her attorney filed a motion to have the bail revised. The AG objected and added new charges. Kayla Montgomery is now facing eight more misdemeanor charges of welfare fraud connected to fraudulently receiving food stamp benefits for a child.
