Abu dhar RA asked Unais RA what are the people saying about Muhammad?
Unais said
“They’re claiming hes a him a magician, a soothsayer, a sorcerer a liar,”
Abu Dhar said
“You haven’t satisfied my hunger, i want to go and investigate the matter myself, what the people say might not be right”
Abu dhar wasnt willing to trust the people he wanted to hear it himself, Allah says if you hear a rumour then investigate it yourself.
