So before I could say anything about how it was seeing the Macross Frontier movie tonight, I got sidetracked by Gundam stuff. I saw the movie with an older coworker who loved Robotech when he was younger, and the first thing I said afterward was "It was hornier than I remembered" I actually don't think the Frontier movies work great on their own since they really expect you to be at least familiar with the characters and how events play out in the show. There's a lot of trying to swerve fans who expect things to go a certain way.

Going through Tomino audio from AnimeNYC and I can't help but laugh at the guy who asked Tomino if he believed if the Turn A Gundam showed up in every timeline to reset everything, "and if so in what order" Public service announcement for everyone, now unfortunately too late:
