- IMO, anti-viral nasal spray & mouthwash/gargle are the most significant underused personal tools for minimizing risk of airborne transmission – next to an effective face mask (high filtration, good seal, properly worn)... @TropicalVertic1 @fitterhappierAJ - We control what we put on/in our body (eg, face mask, nasal spray, mouthwash, sealed eyewear, handsanitizer/gloves, supplements) while we are inside indoor spaces even with poor air quality we do not control (e.g., CO2 monitor, ventilation, air purification, air disinfection).
