@CMBobHoldenNYC just stated that Denmark has required licensing and registration for e-bikes.
Fact Check: FALSE. Denmark only requires e-bikes going over 15.5mph to be licensed and registered -- reasonable in a country with 18 mph speed limits.

But there are actually better ways to slow down traffic!

What’s wrong with speed humps?
Nothing really. Speed humps are…fine.
But they’re not the most effective intervention, can’t be installed on bus routes, and don’t reclaim any space from vehicles.
