1/ An entrepreneur/ PM needs strong conviction to create and build truly new ideas. They are relentless in their perseverance to advocate their team's idea in the face of many obstacles, doubters, and a variety of push back. This is hard but well known. 2/ What's harder is being the toughest critic of your idea. Looking deep in the mirror and asking hard questions that threaten the entire premise of the idea's feasibility.
