The curious case of GNCTD- A thread.

GNCTD (Amendment) Ordinance 2023- Creates a permanent authority- National Capital Civil Service Authority- for transfer, vigilance and other matters for services, comprising of Delhi CM, Chief Secy and Principal Home Secy of Delhi Govt. All matters shall be decided by majority of votes of the members present and voting to make recommendations to the Delhi LG. In case of difference of opinion, decision of LG to be final.
