There used to be a joke about liberal judges one day issuing a standing order that says "any motion for an injunction against Trump is hereby granted in advance." Looks like someone actually did it, in violation of SCOTUS precedent (Nken v Holder): mdd.uscourts.gov/sites/mdd/file… Insanely, this doesn't even say the alien must be in the district at the time of filing. Any alien anywhere in the country can file this and get relief, even when the claim is sanctionably frivolous.
