“The mRNA was detectable 14-28 days post-💉 in most subjects. We measured the proportion of mRNA that was relatively intact in 🩸 over time & found the decay kinetics of the intact mRNA & ionizable lipid were identical, suggesting the intact lipid nanoparticle recirculates in 🩸”

“We observed a trend for increased total IgG4 Ab, which promotes immune tolerance, in the Vax vs. NVax in week 3… Additional research to identify factors predictive of aberrant immunogenic responses to vaccination is warranted.”
(Just the beginning)
frontiersin.org/journals/immun… “Non-survivors had lower anti-nucleocapsid antibodies compared to those who survived… non-vaxxed had significantly higher anti-N antibodies than those of the vaccinated patients”

Back in 2021, a report monitored concerning metabolic issues observed in healthy subjects after VeroCell (inactivated SC2 đź’‰).
This one found sharp rises in insulin resistance within pre-diabetics after mRNA.
Spike is gonna spike

“These data suggest that activation of the TLR4-NF-κB by LPS from the microbiota could contribute to tumorigenesis by restricting p53 tumor suppressive function”
While inserted SV40 in C19đź’‰ is a contested topic, the TLR4 pathways end w/ similar results

“Interestingly, known oncogenic bacteria such as H.pylori, Chlamydia trachomatis & several Mycoplasma species also interfere w/ p53 pathway. Altogether, these studies suggest that p53 inactivation could be a more general hallmark of microbes w/ tumorigenic potential.”

Can TLR2 be the linchpin to the inflammation cascade? Not only does TL2 inhibit IFN production w/ other receptors like TLR7&9 (commonly seen in 🦠&💉), but TLR2 generates IL-6 production which elicits s100a8/9 that can ignite TLR4-RAGE doom loops🤔

Image Which might explain how SC2 directly influences different innate immune cells too Image

“NF-κB is activated in the hepatocyte, &cytokines including IL6, TNFα, and IL1β are overproduced in fatty liver. The proinflammatory cytokines participate in the development of insulin resistance”
% of the đź’‰ goes where? what cytokines are produced by đź’‰?

Oh, look here. TLR4 inflammation seems to be linked to insulin resistance through cytokine production of TNF-a and IL-6.

“To our surprise, we observed consistent pathophysiological changes regarding electrolyte contents, coagulation profiles, renal function as well as cholesterol & glucose metabolic-related features, as if these people had experienced an infection w/ SC2.”
nature.com/articles/s4142… Another amazing paper that was published in 2021 & quickly forgotten about. It monitors healthy participants who were injected w/ the VeroCell 💉 which is purposely designed to be a dead/inactive version of the 🦠 so it doesn’t replicate or cause disease… but that isn’t the case

In March 2022, Pfizer announced the CLOVER project (CLOstridium difficile Vaccine Efficacy TRial) fell through bc it failed its primary endpoints but they were interested in pursuing it anyway bc CDI is a debilitating disease… or maybe there’s more to it

pfizer.com/news/press-rel… What is Clostridioides Difficile Infection (CDI)? CDI is opportunistic bacteria that grows in the lower gastrointestinal system & majority of the cases are ppl who are either immune compromised or take antibiotics that typically eradicate their microbiome

New Paper pointing out how several countries w/in Africa had a much lower SC2 hospitalization/death rates compared to others who had plenty of available C19 đź’‰.
The paper claims most cross reactive responses that provided protection were not asso w/spike🤔
medrxiv.org/content/10.110… Makes you wonder what other pathogens could share the same immune responses to SC2.. what pathogen is Africa flooded with more than any other continent?
Malaria!

The REAL question is why these inserts were added on SC2 spike
Was it added so immune responses can match HIV spike which could inhibit infection?
Or…
To “stimulates lipid raft components & facilitates intercellular HIV-1 transfer among CD4 T cells?”

mRNA vax mostly remains in the injection site, right?🤔
Moderna’s new Relaxin vaccine (MRNA-0184) is designed to use LNP to encase code for Human Relaxin-2 protein that’ll be delivered directly into the heart to counteract oxidative stress, fibrosis & inflammation

Who knew Pepto-Bismal could be the secret weapon to fight against Covid-19?! 🤣
The active ingredients can inhibit the growth and binding of bacteria to the gastrointestinal wall which enables the product to get rid of H PYLORI!!🤔

The NTD on the S1 has structural features that are IDENTICAL to Galectin-3 (Gal-3). Gal-3 is extremely important with healing injured tissue by starting a process called fibrogenesis which initiate healing cells called fibroblasts which creates fibrosis (scar tissue)… Image The problem is, Gal-3 can become counterproductive and dangerous when there is uncontrolled inflammation.
Ironically, SC2 is extremely inflammatory (including the spike) so you basically have massive inflammation along with massive scarring all at the same time.. amyloids?
