Thread on Elon Musk, Roger Stone, Donald Trump, the 2024 election and Ukraine:
Last night I listened to a twitter space featuring Roger Stone as the main speaker where he revealed how the '24 election will be fought and the part he will play. Stone a veteran of 12 Presidential campaigns implied he was no longer a 'combatant' in elections which he now describes as 'mortal combat'. He would make an exception if trump asked him as he 'owed a debt' to Trump for pardoning him (Stone is a convicted felon)

The facts behind the Harry and Meghan story laid out comprehensively in one place in this excellent article by @burtonlisa .
Facts are the enemy of all the noise you are hearing. This is well worth your attention 👀👇

Among the group suing are Sir Elton John, Prince Harry, Baroness Doreen Lawrence (mother of racially murdered Stephen Lawrence), David Furnish, Elizabeth Hurley and Sadie Frost."

Earlier than expected: Ukraine country code (UA) deleted from Twitter. Ukrainian numbers can't verify accounts or use multi-factor-authentication.
This should now be a matter for the International community. Twitter cannot be weaponized by Putin in this war. Anyone notice 'War In Ukraine' not in your trends anymore. It's not because the war in Ukraine has gone quiet, it's because Musk/Putin have cut your access to information.
People need to tweet about the war directly now

Tories received a £500,000 donation from the same British/Thai crypto investor that gave Brexit Party £12.5 million. Two months after Harborne/Sakunkrit donation, despite Financial Conduct Authority warning Tories said UK would be “global hub” for Crypto.

Russia spent $300 million corrupting politics and politicians starting in 2014.
In 2014 their main bagman Dmitri Firtash bought a disused Tube Station from Mayor Boris Johnson for £53m in highly unusual circumstances.

1: Saaskashvilli accused by Ukraine of of being financed by a "criminal group" linked to Yanukovych and Kurchenko. It was claimed that this group was orchestrating a Russian government backed campaign to seize power in Ukraine. Amazingly, there is a connection to UKIP.. 2: BTW Kurchenko received cheap gas from Dmitro Firtash, bought media and pro-Russian politicians, fled to Russia after Maidan.
Back to Saaskashvilli: lead astro turf 'rallies' against pro Maidan politicians was arrested but busted free by men in black..

@ElectoralCommUK Can you comment on REFUK/Brexit failure to account expenses as per rules?

1/ Apart from £7M of 'Other Expenses' 2019 reported previously it is now clear that the figure of unexplained expenses is now £9.5M for that year. WHERE IS IT?
ImageImage 2/ Outside of Staff expenses, 2020 expenses are taken up by another black hole called 'Other expenditure'. Is this how it's done now? If you can't explain expenses just lob it into the 'Other Expenditure' bucket and nothing will happen? Image

Retweet if you think @BorisJohnson should request his close friend Baron Lebedev, of Hampton and Siberia to publicly condemn Vladimir Putin and his invasion of Ukraine. In this meeting with then Mayor Johnson, Lebedev stated he had power to secure financial substantial support from Moscow. Such power requires the assent of Vladimir Putin.

Narcissistic authoritarians like Johnson have spent their entire lives consolidating their positions. Anything goes in that endeavor. Unfortunately, authoritarians are not easy to get out once they are in. Johnson has already demonstrated his willingness to severely punish those who disobey (eg withholding constituency funds, removing whip). We don't know what other leverage he has. 2/
