Stock Price is determined by demand and supply for stock and of money. And dd & supply for stock depends on perception which is often out of sync with reality.

This is a farm pond in village Kadvanchi, Jalna. I had the privilege to visit this village with my friend and classmate Yugandhar Mandavkar and Pandit Wasare. Indian Markets are falling and valuations of many mid/small cap are at levels never seen before. What is the reason? It is the stupid regulations of @SEBI_India who instead of protecting shareholders is ensuring massive destruction of wealth 1/n 3 key regulations, - Reclassification of MF schemes, Additional Surveillance Measures and physical settlement of delivery and all in a short time frame. I dont understand how you can classify stocks as mid or small or large cap based on their market cap rank 2/n
