This year, Christian nationalist groups this year made an attack on asexual marriages, calling them affronts to God. According to a Morning Consult Poll, 40% of Republicans think a teacher can an influence students’ sexuality and gender identity, and 31% of Republican parents don't want LGBTQ+ people working with their children.

A woman in Texas received 30 years in prison for allowing her 13 year-old daughter to marry a 47 year-old man, claiming the marriage was part of their "Religious Beliefs". WTH?!
