I remember seeing this truck in and around 9th St. and Michigan Ave. they had a couple of guys with Mexican Flag in the back. They used their truck to climb over the median on Michigan as people were egging the drive on to participate in the burnout contest.

While he was going over the median he nearly hit me as I was photographing this image. The driver would then participate in the burnout contest for a bit then parked his car up on the median south of 9th Street with his flasher on.

Chicago police are blocking all southbound traffic on Michigan Ave. at Ohio St. as hundreds of people in their cars take to the streets to celebrate Mexican independence day.
