Today after many months’ delay, the Supreme Court has finally handed down its decision: Uber drivers are workers.

This decision is very significant news for all private hire drivers in the UK.

As a worker you have certain legal protections and benefits, such as the right to paid holiday and the right to receive the National Minimum Wage. You also have a right to union representation in disciplinary matters & to collective bargaining.
