It's December 4, the one-year anniversary of Brian Thompson's killing. Mangione just took his seat at the defense table, wearing the gray suit from Monday.

Yesterday, we heard the 911 call for the first time. We also heard from jail guards who claimed to have chats with LM.

MANHATTAN — Luigi Mangione’s suppression hearings kick off this morning.

The defense will argue against the admission of recovered evidence. Along the way, bodycam footage and cop testimony should give us a deeper look into Mangione’s arrest.

I'm in court for the [short] day of opening arguments in Trump's NYC criminal trial.

Judge Merchan says another juror "was concerned about the media attention" and just stepped into his chambers to talk to them.

I was just at the hearing. Here's what happened.

Trump wants to delay the trial so he can argue against Judge Merchan's gag order.

He cites 3 reasons 🧵

1. Trump wants to respond to Michael Cohen and Stormy Daniels' social media posts about him.

2. He wants to comment on the recusal motion against Merchan - specifically about his daughter.

3. He wants to be able to claim that the charges are poltiically motivated.

Wayne LaPierre is liable for corruption and cost the NRA more than $5 million, a jury rules.

They add there was sufficient cause for his removal.
