1/9 A new disinformation campaign is targeting the Western youth

It’s in the form of a YouTube channel called Uncivilized, which explicitly claims to be based in the U.S
It speaks the language of younger Western audiences, with talks about injustice, identity, and inequality.
All the right buzzwords.

But when you actually look deeper, check the content, and follow the patterns, a very different picture emerges, and it’s something you should be aware of.

Why do you ask? Let's dive in🧵 2/9 It's because the message underneath isn’t about justice, but about the distortion of truth and disinformation, these are the main messages conveyed:

- The U.S. is framed as inherently evil, beyond repair.
Jews are blamed for basically everything wrong with the world, and if they could just disappear - everything will be solved.

- Liberal democracies, the same ones that protect free speech and human rights, are painted as the ultimate villains while countries like Iran, Russia and others are painted as misunderstood (they’re not).

- There’s no real mention of things like modern-day slave trade routes that still exist in parts of the Arab world but the focus is on things that happened 200 years ago which make the West evil.

- That you are basically evil by birth and live in the worst countries in the world (if you are Western).
