4 years ago, I started writing a letter to my future self on my birthday. It's the most powerful form of journaling that I do.
Then I read about @SahilBloom & how he writes his. I loved it so I refined my process.
My birthday is tomorrow so here's a 🧵to get you started:
1) I used to keep my time frame "open" into the future, but this year I'm taking Sahil's tip:
•Write the letter to yourself 5 years into the future
•5 years is the amount of time in which meaningful life change happens
•Open and read 1 letter every 5 years
