In the chart you can see Gold & Silver have better correlation with “Real Interest rates” than “Dollar index”.
While everybody sees dollar index to predict gold & silver rally, we should now note that we should use “real interest rates”.
⭐️ So now it is important to know ; what is “real interest rate” ?
Ans: It is the interest rate “adjusted” for inflation to reflect the actual change in purchasing power.

Few things you need to understand without any doubts:
1) Stock market never made bottom untill interest rates stops rising. 2) US 30 year home mortgage rates are at 7% compared to 2% in Jan. So housing will collapse in US. 3) FED stops hiking rates only when inflation …👇
Only when inflation falls below interest rates. So inflators at 8-9%. While market has priced in 4% rates. So inflation & rates might cross at 5-6% atleast. So a lot more hiking is coming. 4) Worst for Europe will come once winter begins. Bcz gas is less & expensive.
