If you have never been through a strike or bargaining before, here are some hints and tips:

1-your bargaining committee was chosen/elected because they have the skills and knowledge. Trust them. 2- You have more strength in numbers when as many units as possible stick together. They will try and turn you against each other: don't let them win.
