Aim here is to keep them displaced. Their settlements are usually strategic- near city entrances, holy sites, resource rich areas.
This keeps them off balance, economically weak and weaken their (slum dweller ones) power to gather and mobilize.
@calm_sutra It has been noticed the sent ones come back in few months too.
Also noticed that now even poorer Indians don't like the menial or low paying labour that these guys do. (Sad truth, aint no noida aunty mopping floor or bluru aunty collecting trash)
