White supremacists keep passing this quote around like it's ancient wisdom. It isn't. It's from 2001.

"If you worship your enemy, you are defeated.
If you adopt your enemy's religion, you are enslaved.
If you breed with your enemy, you are destroyed."

-Polydorus of Sparta First: Polydorus has very few quotes attributed to him, and those we have aren't about racial purity but things like this: "When a certain man was continually threatening his enemies, Polydorus said, "Don't you see that you are using up the best part of your vengeance?"

Do you want to make sourdough? Do you also keep struggling with your starter because growing and cultivating an alien yeast beast is NOT INTUITIVE?

Please, allow me to offer some tips, hard won after MONTHS of my own deeply frustrating failures. How to begin:

Combine equal parts flour and water. That's it.

I'd suggest 50g flour and 50g water.
(Remember 1ml of water = 1g of water. God I love the metric system.)

Also: measure by weight, not volume. Trust me.

Ask if you'd like more details.

Students: What are those?
W: Verbal adjectives!

W: That means that in addition to having a case, number, and gender, every participle also has a tense and a voice.
S: wait what
W: It's easy! Students: is it tho
Wheelock: Sure! Let's start with the perfect passive participle. You already know it!
S: do we?
W: I hope so! Here's the present active, too.
S:
W: By the way, participles can also have direct objects, so participial phrases get their own internal grammar.
