The EHRC has been involved in producing Equality Act Guidance for Schools on Transitioning Pupils for some months. To date, this has been focused on England. /1 However, both the EHRC and the Scottish Government believe the guidance may be useful in Scotland, and so Scottish specific guidance has been produced. /2
