An opinion piece published in @JagranNews on 3 January, 2023 titled “पाक्सो के खिलाफ अनावश्यक पहल, कुछ लोग बस अपने एजेंडे की खातिर चला रहे ऐसे अभियान” written by Dr. Ajay Khemariya makes an incorrect reference to Vidhi’s report "A Decade of POCSO”. The piece misrepresents the data from our research by stating that according to our report, less than 20% of 4 lakh POCSO cases pertain to romantic relationships.

The PLIA requires industries dealing with hazardous substances to subscribe compulsorily to public liability insurance. The ERF is created by such subscriptions.
