Nation FM put out an advert that they are looking for radio presenters. Having been on radio myself for many years, let me share what makes a good presenter.

Here's a mini thread for all those who want to be on any radio. It could help one or two people out there on your TL Have a genuine interest in radio. Be interested in the art of radio. Do not go there because you want to be famous. If you have an interest in something, it shows and you will excel in it.
