@Swamy39 Sir, Culex Mosquito has always been in India. Japanese Encephalitis in UP is spread by Culex. Its most common type of mosquito in India, as it breeds in dirty and polluted water. In India, it's also called nuisance mosquito as it doesn't spread any diseases except in some areas @Swamy39 Further Yellow Fever is spread by Aedes and not Culex Mosquito. We also have Aedes species in India and diseases like Dengue and Chikungunya are spread by Aedes.
