EXPOSE #3 🚨🚨🚨

You must have seen feminists (smugly) quoting a @ThePrintIndia article titled "Atul Subhash death is a weapon for men’s rights activists. They don’t care about men’s lives"

Did you know that this piece is a foreign #toolkit attack targeting Indian population?

In fact, this article is a brilliant example of wolf acting like it cares for the lamb, only to devour it later.

Let us dive into the main claims of this article and see if the wolf REALLY cares for the lamb.

A thread 🧵

#JusticeForAtulSubhash #JusticeIsDue #AtulSubash #MenTooImage Claim: "In a country where 20 women die everyday in dowry-related incidents, murder and suicide, the death of a man is an outlier."

Response:

From the link given in article, we see that this data is for year 2019.

2019 - 20 women die per day - 0.83 women per hour - 1 woman every 72 minutes.

Here, the "20 women" focuses on murder AND suicide.

Let's compare that number with JUST the suicides of men, that too 'married' men only.

(Source: ncrb.gov.in/uploads/2022/J… )

2019 - 66815 suicides - 7.62 men per hour - 1 man every 7.86 minutes

The situation has gravely worsened in 2022.

(Source: ncrb.gov.in/uploads/nation… )

2022 - 83713 suicides - 9.56 men per hour - 1 man every 6.27 minutes

Now, let's come to the OUTLIER claim.

For something to be an OUTLIER, it needs to be rare.

Married men's suicide is easily 10 times more frequent than women's death for the reasons above. How can it be an outlier?

By the way, NO ONE is interested in knowing why a married man kills himself every 6 minutes.

You must have seen feminists (smugly) quoting a @timesofindia article titled "Women misusing domestic violence law? Data tells a very different story"

Let's break it down, revisit their data points and see what story their data REALLY says.

A thread 🧵

#JusticeForAtulSubhash #AtulSubhash #JusticeIsDue #MenTooImage Data Point #1

They claim "According to the UN report on femicides (2024), the home is the most dangerous place for women globally as 60% of women who were killed by men died at the hands of a partner or family member."

Response:

The source for the UN report on femicides is this site: dataunodc.un.org/dp-intentional…

Interestingly, in the countries list, there is no "India". when we search for intimate partner killings (See screenshot 👇)

They have NO data from India. However, our honourable authors misrepresent it as if the data is applicable to India.

Desperate, much?

Have you heard feminists (smugly) quoting that 30% of Indian women face domestic violence? 👇

Most of these statistics come from NFHS - National Family Health Survey.

Did you know that this survey has been systematically designed to show Indian men in bad light?

A research thread on this 🧵

#JusticeForAtulSubhash #AtulSubhash #JusticeIsDueImage National Family Health Survey - This innocent sounding survey is a nation-wide survey that aims to understand health-related info.

In fact, it is a very useful survey, except for the sneaky inclusions that seem unfair.

What exactly makes it biased and unfair?
