UNBELIEVABLE! This is Shirley, visiting a Wisconsin DMV office today with our Wisconsin Coordinator Anita Johnson. In her 56 years of life, Shirley has never had an ID. She is soft spoken and shy and limps when she walks. 1/x Volunteers with Souls to the Polls Milwaukee canvassed in Shirley's neighborhood and left our information about voter ID so she called us. She does not have a social security card nor a birth certificate. As she says with a wave of her hand "I don"t have none of that." 2/x
