But there is ONE reason that we’re still talking about fraud claims about the 2020 election: the charismatic-Pentecostal church in America. 2/n Practically every person of influence in the election truther campaign was thoroughly enmeshed with this movement, unfamiliar to most Americans.

Practically every narrative in the election truther campaign was built around the stories they told and the words they used.

I don’t do Twitter these days, but my uncle back home in Texas did. He went by the handle @DaveinTexas. It was an account he ran pseudo-anonymously. He would happily show pictures of his backyard, BBQ and dogs, but didn't come right out and tell you who he was. 1/4 Funny thing. Only a couple folks knew that he even had a Twitter account and following, much less what he did with it. I never had the heart to tell him I knew, since I felt like it would have taken some of the fun out of it for him. 2/4
