The new UN Panel of Experts on Sudan report contains many useful snippets for Libya watchers - all the more useful as the latest Libya PoE report was actually quite sloppy on the issue of Sudanese and Chadian fighters in Libya. Short thread. documents-dds-ny.un.org/doc/UNDOC/GEN/…
The report shows that all major Darfur factions in Libya are aligned with Haftar’s forces. Only JEM, which is one of the smallest factions in Libya, is (for now) aligned with pro-GNA Tubu fighters. But contrary to what the Libya PoE report stated, JEM is not fighting in Tripoli.
