DG deserve every bit of criticism on that front, no excuses. @ahhite @LisaLovell10 DG also deserve criticism in displacing food knowledge, cooking skills, traditional ingredients. Our abandoning of confidence in the kitchen opened the way for "hey let us help you with dinner... " tinned, pre-made, "healthy" take away... it moved us away from our kitchens.
