Just voted @theSNP for the first time ever in my life. As an ex staunch @ScotTories voter and member for years (my family as well), I was also a NO voter in 2014 and I am ashamed I have supported and trusted them for so long. How could I have been so blind? /1 I believe it was more about family. My dad, English, Unionist to his core, War Vet. He used to tell us stories about how the Union was worth fighting for and how we should protect them just like him and his friends fought for. Today he thinks otherwise - so does the whole family.
