This tweet is pure hypocrisy and I'm going to tell you why. Emily Miller worked for Tom Delay and during that time met a man named Michael Scanlon. In March of 2000 Michael resigned from his position as Delay's comms director and joined Jack Abramoff's lobbying team. Jan 2001 Michael Scanlon started his own PR firm. Emily and Michael became a couple and were engaged in September of 2001. Michael flew her around in private jets and they lived a very rich life. He bought her a $4.7 million dollar beach house.
