1/ It’s highly disturbing that the transnational narco-criminal terrorists known as Mexican cartels would hang a banner on the Juarez bridge threatening to shoot across the Rio Grande river -- into Texas -- at law enforcement agents. star-telegram.com/news/state/tex… #border #bordercrisis 2/ We now know these non-state, non-uniformed belligerents followed up on that threat in the El Paso sector. This constitutes an act of war, no different from what we see with Israel and Hamas.
