Eric Schwerin Transcribed Interview

I’m excited for this one. Eric Schwerin, along w/ Rob Walker, were the two most likely to stick w/ Hunter and Joe Biden through all the mayhem. Schwerin is represented by Thomas and William Farah. I didn’t know Tom Farah going in, but Bill Farah is one of the guys you call in these things. Bill Farah is a veteran of McGuire Woods, whose name popped up a lot during the election cases. Notably, famous MW lawyer George Terwilliger distanced himself from the Kraken team

Who is Gal Luft?

Gal Luft is from the DC Area and a dual Israeli-American citizen. Gal Luft is in the middle of the rightwing Think Tank ecosystem and hobnobs with Oligarchs, Billionaires and wealthy Moral Majority types who want Israel to be around for the Second Coming. Think about this group as the Federalist Society for Foreign Affairs. Gal Luft is a prolific writer, speaker, and guest columnist for rags like Foreign Affairs. Born in Israel, Luft would go on to get a PhD at Johns Hopkins. No dummy, Luft is a protégé of Elliot Cohen, a Bush Era

John Robertson Walker Deposition
Edward McAndrew, Baker & Hostetler

We’re onto the deposition of Rob Walker, a long time Hunter Biden associate. Walker is represented by Edward McAndrew, from Baker & Hostetler. I knew McAndrew’s name from a Cyber Crimes piece I once researched but whatever. If you were going to pick the top two most likely to stick with the Biden’s besides Eric Schwerin, you’d pick Rob Walker. Rob Walker describes his time getting chummy with Hunter Biden during their years in the Clinton Administration. If you

Alright, we are off on Mervyn Yan, who is represented by Soumya Dayananda from Wilkie Farr. You may recognize Soumya’s name from Bennie Thompson’s comments about his team of great lawyers on the January 6th Committee. Soumya is one of the people you call in such things, and she’s also known as a Rock Star from her time in the EDNY US Attorney’s office. Soumya is trying to limit scope right out of the gate to just Hudson West III, the legal entity setup by Hunter Biden and Chairman Ye (the Top Dog at CEFC). No one agreed to that

Alright we’re off in the deposition of Devon Archer. Strangely, Devon is represented by Matt Schwartz from Boies, the same firm which employed Hunter Biden and represented Burisma during the period when a lot of shit went down. They published Majority Counsel’s names this time. The top Nazi is James Mandolfo. He starts us off. And we’ve got an interruption by Dan Goldman (D-NY). Republicans cut a deal with Archer’s attorney and provided Democrats almost no time, or information, or documents. It takes a few pages, but I see where Goldman is heading.

And we’re off on the Jim Biden deposition. First off, Uncle Jim is represented by Paul Fishman from Arnold & Porter, who I only knew as the US Atty for New Jersey in the Obama years. A quick scan of his online resume says Fishman has done some false claims/false advertising Stuff. We’ll see if that expertise in sniffing out, and defending, chronic fraudsters makes Fishman Abbe Lowell’s equal in defending against the Red Team of Liars.

A bit about Jim Biden’s statement b/c they didn’t read it into the record. In addition to the usual stuff about

Okay, I’m a third of the way through Hunter Biden’s deposition. It’s as revealing as it is damning. A couple of things were said which debunk a lot of GOP talking points.

Let’s start with the beginning. Hunter Biden entered his credentials into the record. He’s got a better Resume than even I thought. At one point, Hunter sat on 17 Boards and listed 12 into the record. One of the meetings Joe Biden called into was when Hunter was hosting a thank you dinner at Cafe Milano (walking distance from the Naval Observatory) to donors to the
