1. Boycott them for sure. However brands like Coca Cola (who own #CostaCoffee) & Nike have far too much global reach and power for boycotts against them to be truly effective. The answer is to look at the root & challenge the #PGLE & ESG policies created by #BlackRock & the #WEF 2. The Coca Cola Company is a Founding Member of the #PGLE. #Stonewall et al are Members. 1. Borloz is in the UK. While he seems to hold a 'respectable' position within the UN, his views on "sex" can only be described as those of extreme biology denialism.

He & others who signed the Yogyakarta Principles often discuss their desire to implement sex self-ID into law. 2. However, it is worth noting that they never openly discuss their aim to abolish the recording of "sex" on all official documents including birth certificates.

This is what Principle 31 of YP+10 calls for & as a signatory it is what Borloz endorses.

Argentina, Australia, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Chile, Colombia, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Greece, Iceland, India, Ireland, Israel, Luxembourg, Malta, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, USA, Uruguay. 2. Lead by Argentina, these 28 states have just made a joint statement at the UN claiming that sex self-ID is an 'international human rights standard'. @RoisinMichaux

We are so pleased to see that the important issues you raised on behalf of women, children and LGB ppl have now been officially recorded by the UN.

1.We welcome the review/investigation into #Mermaids by the @TNLComFund & @ChtyCommission. There is evidence suggesting funding was previously awarded to them based partly on falsehoods relating to the Yogyakarta Principles (YP). #MermaidsInvestigation

yogyakartaprinciples.org/principles-en/… 2. In 2019 a report was produced by TNLCF's Director for Scotland to assist in a review of the decision to award £500K over five years to #Mermaids after concerns were raised. The report claims that YP are legally binding & that all states must comply.

1. National consultations & the UN Universal Periodic Review.

States are not required to hold national consultations for the UPR but many do. Make sure your voices are heard & tell them what you think about the human rights situation in your country.

ohchr.org/EN/HRBodies/UP… 2. Our tweet below explains how groups can submit a report & why it is important to take part.

1. Was the take off of organisational capture in UK around 2015 linked to regional (EU) and international policies?

2. In 2013, Foreign Affairs Council EU drew up the LGBTI Guidelines which were adopted by 27 member states. They refer to international operations of EU member states however they also put pressure on those states to adopt same LGBTI policies nationally.

1. #Norway has been instrumental in promoting the YP internationally. Undoubtedly this has encouraged other Nordic states to adopt the YP into their policies/legislation.

yogyakartaprinciples.org/wp-content/upl… 2. #Norway has also been a self admitted 'driving force' in successful lobbying of the #UnitedNations and the #CouncilOfEurope to incorporate the concept of 'gender identity' into their human rights policies/frameworks.

1. We find this talk by Michael O'Flaherty(MOF) disturbing and worrying for many reasons including the outright lies contained in it. We reject the conflation of sex and gender; sexual orientation and gender identity and we oppose the harmful definition of SO contained in the YP. 2. MOF was the Rapporteur responsible for drafting the YP and is currently Director of the EU Agency for Fundamental Rights(FRA). He gave the talk on the YP(at 19mins) at Monash University, Melbourne, Australia (a country where self-ID is taking hold).

1. More evidence that Helena Kennedy is aware of and supports the global implementation of Principle 31 (YP+10) which calls on States to end the registration of Sex on birth certificates.

yogyakartaprinciples.org/principle-31-y… Image 2. Helena Kennedy is Co-Secretary General at ILGA World. In 2019 they produced a report citing the YP and YP+10 as 'soft law' and 'human rights law' in many places throughout the report.

1. We wonder whether The Scottish Police Federation is aware of the contents of materials used in training their staff may be receiving and if we could bring this manual produced by the Council of Europe(CoE) to their attention? @DvdHmltn @CalumA_Steele

Image 2. Produced by the CoE SOGI Unit in May 2017, not only does the manual conflate sex and gender; sexual orientation and gender identity, it misrepresents the law and contains extremely controversial definitions about who belongs under the 'trans umbrella'.

1. We congratulate law firms who have left Stonewall but we are not surprised to learn that some have doubled downed on their position. The global capture that is taking place within the legal industry is in part due to the capture of the International Bar Association(IBA). 2. rollonfriday.com/news-content/e…

Think Tanks like IIEA are adding to the confusion across the EU re: legal status of the YP.

"The Institute of International and European Affairs is Ireland’s leading international affairs think tank. We are an independent, not-for-profit organisation with charitable status." 1/9 Image Mary Robinson, signatory of the YP(2006) sits on the Honorary Committee and President Higgins of Ireland is their Patron.

The influential IIEA produced a report last year promoting the YP's arguing they have 'attained the status of customary international law'. 2/9 Image
