Something that has affected my life and the way I show up is my dad. He had a severe stroke and being unable to communicate with him in the ways I had before has really changed my perspective in life. Held on October 25th, 2019, the Women’s Mental Health Conference (WMHC) was the nation’s first trainee-led, multidisciplinary academic conference focused solely on the mental health of women.
