With all the new presidential candidates coming together, they stood a better chance, a slim one though. So imagine their chances with the fragmentation that is the present status quo.

Thread? PMB had to learn to work with people he wouldn't touch with a 120 foot pole. Had to compromise, appeal to the south, secure confidence in Christians, merge with the ACN, open his government to those outside his original 'holy' circle... took him 12 years to learn this politics.
