Along a street in Bucha, Russian soldiers killed fathers, grandmothers and children. Then, some soldiers used their cell phones. @MashaFroliak and I obtained footage and phone logs to help identify the military unit that killed dozens of civilians in March

New York City is reopening, but Isaiah Owens, a funeral director in Harlem, is still burying victims of Covid-19, which is disproportionately killing black and Latino residents. nyti.ms/3fqkuxc The toll of the pandemic is deeply personal.
