I find it sooo deeply bizarre that people are still out here trying to tell Muslims how they should use their platform to talk about crises like Afghanistan. If I had to “use my platform” every day to educate my followers about a humanitarian, imperialist crisis that impacted Muslim people I’d literally be dead from lock jaw and internet induced brain worms that mistakenly inspired me to believe I was the expert.
