New: Nathan Wade, top prosecutor in GA election subversion case, is trying to block his former law partner from providing additional testimony behind closed doors to judge who will decide whether to disqualify Fulton County DA Fani Willis, per new motion filed today.

In the motion, Wade objected to in-camera examination of Terrence Bradley, his fmr partner who also represented him in his divorce case, arguing it could disclose communications protected under attorney-client privilege.

Bradley had been billed as defense’s “star witness.”
