1️⃣ The "official" NDAA bills

H.R.3838 = House version FY 2026 NDAA

S.2296 = Senate version FY 2026 NDAA
Both = standard defense funding & policy bills.

Congress often repurposes passed bills as "vehicles" for must-pass legislation.

S. 1071 = perfect candidate: passed Senate UNANIMOUSLY. Procedural candy for leadership. 🍬
