This is one of the motions proposed for the @TheBMA JD conference. As rightly pointed out by @HartlandJoseph & others, this will be very disadvantageous for IMGs most of whom are experienced and bring wealth of knowledge and experience and have always enriched the system. This 👆 and some of the threads on reddit are depply concerning and should ring alarm bells about what is in store for the future.
